Get familiar

This splendid historical villa is set on the slopes of the hills near Lucca. It enjoys peace and quiet and a beautiful view of the countryside: essential ingredients for a totally relaxing stay. This enchanting property preserves all the charm and character of a historic residence dating from the 17th century, with its antique furniture, frescoed walls and large Italian garden overlooking the splendid panorama of the surrounding countryside.
We have rented Villa Daniela Grossi and Villa La Volpe for everyone’s stay during the three day celebration.
Villa Daniela Grossi will be the heart of all wedding events, while Villa La Volpe—just a 5-minute stroll away—will be a charming extension of our little Tuscan village.
To make things easy, we’ve arranged the villas in advance and kindly ask for a contribution of $150 CAD per adult per night. If you plan on attending the full wedding celebrations, you will be with us for a total of 3 nights. The full amount can be e-transfered to [email protected] before April 2nd 2026.
We’ll take care of assigning the rooms so all you have to do is settle in, relax, and enjoy la dolce vita with us.
A delicious breakfast will be included each morning at the villas to start the day right.
Throughout the wedding celebrations, we’ll also be providing meals so you can simply relax and enjoy. The only exception will be lunch on the wedding day, as we imagine many of you will be out exploring the beautiful Tuscan countryside.

Travel

The closest airports to Lucca are Pisa International Airport (PSA)—just 30 minutes away by car—and Florence Airport (FLR), about 1 hour away. Both are well connected with flights across Europe. For those coming from Montréal, Rome (FCO) and Milan (MXP) offer the widest range of international flights, with convenient train connections to Tuscany.
Many guests choose to rent a car, as it’s the easiest way to explore the beautiful Tuscan countryside and nearby villages at your own pace. However, trains are also a wonderful option if you’d rather sit back and enjoy the scenery—Italy’s high-speed rail makes getting around simple and scenic.
Whichever route you take, the journey is part of the adventure!
